Pick the one that costs you the most. It builds it now.
The same week, with and without it.

| Four years of run sheets in spreadsheets | Retype 24 drivers before day one | Upload it as-is, review what it read |
| Frozen and chilled are different chains | One set point for every trailer | Describe each one, read it back, change it |
| A buyer rejects a pallet from last month | Go and find the notebook | Open the load, read its chain |
What logistics owners ask before they start.
Our drivers are not office people.
They do not have to be. The driver sees four fields on a phone and a box for the receiver to sign. Everything long and awkward stays in the office form, which he never opens.
Can it read the trailer for us?
Not on day one. The driver types the reading he can see on the unit, which is what a buyer disputes anyway, and it lands stamped with the stop and the time. Pulling it off the telematics box is a later job, and the record is already better than a notebook.
We already have four years of data.
That is the starting point, not the obstacle. Import the spreadsheets you keep as they are: each one opens with every doubtful cell marked, and nothing is added until you have seen it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why nothing is saved until you have read it and said yes. Checking its work is a step in the product, not an afterthought.
