The rules for everyone who uses Gobuso: what it may not be used for, what data does not belong in it, and what we do when the rules are broken.

Draft, not yet bindingLast updated 16 Oct 2026Ver en español

This page is a draft. It describes what we do today, but a lawyer has not reviewed it yet, it may change before it is published, and it creates no obligation until then.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to everyone who uses Gobuso: the company that holds the account and every person it invites. It is part of our Terms. It is not a complete list. If a use is harmful in the same way as something listed here, it is not allowed either.

Illegal, harmful or deceptive use

Do not use Gobuso to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else break one;
  • commit or plan fraud, scams, money laundering or other financial crime;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or exploit anyone;
  • store, create or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence;
  • collect information about people without the notice, consent or lawful basis the law requires, or to track or monitor people unlawfully;
  • impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who is behind a message or a system;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, including through invitations.

Data you may not put in

Gobuso is built for the everyday records of running a business. Do not put in:

  • full payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account passwords;
  • passwords, keys or other credentials for other systems;
  • government identity numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information, unless you have a lawful basis and the consent the law requires, and you need it for the work your system supports;
  • information subject to special legal regimes, such as protected health information under HIPAA or classified information. Gobuso is not designed to meet those regimes, and we do not sign agreements for them.

Keeping the service safe for everyone

Do not:

  • access, or try to access, another company’s data or any part of the Service you are not allowed to;
  • probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities except as our vulnerability rules allow;
  • get around usage limits, access controls or other protections, including by creating multiple accounts;
  • interfere with the Service or put an unreasonable load on it, including through automated access, scraping or bots we have not agreed to;
  • upload malware, or anything designed to damage or take control of a system;
  • reverse engineer the Service, or copy its design, prompts or features to build a competing product.

Using the AI features responsibly

Do not:

  • try to make the AI features ignore their instructions, reveal how they work, or produce content this policy forbids;
  • use Output to build or train AI models that compete with Gobuso;
  • present Output as written or checked by a person when it was not, where that would mislead someone;
  • rely on Output alone to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, such as hiring, firing, credit or access to essential services, without a person reviewing it.

You are also bound by the usage policies of the AI model providers we use, as far as they apply to your use.

Reporting misuse

If you see Gobuso being used in a way that breaks this policy, write to team@gobuso.com. Include what you saw and where. We review every report.

What we do if this policy is broken

We may investigate any suspected breach. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove or disable content, limit features, suspend access, or close the account, and where appropriate report it to the authorities. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. We are not obliged to monitor how the Service is used, and not acting on a breach does not mean we accept it.
