Pick the one that costs you the most. It builds it now.
The same week, with and without it.
| When | The tool you have | Gobuso |
|---|---|---|
| Four years of staff records in spreadsheets | Retype 40 cleaners before day one | Upload it as-is, review what it read |
| Every client site is checked differently | One checklist for all 12 sites | Describe each one, read it back, change it |
| The client disputes a visit from last month | Go and find the sheet | Open the site, read its history |
What cleaning owners ask before they start.
Our supervisors are not office people.
They do not have to be. The supervisor sees four fields on a phone and a box for the client to sign. Everything long and awkward stays in the office form, which she never opens.
Will this survive a client audit?
Every visit is attached to the cleaner who did it, the site it happened on and the time it was signed. Anything the system changes on its own is logged with the reason. The test we set is that an auditor accepts it, not that you can export a file.
We already have four years of data.
That is the starting point, not the obstacle. Import the spreadsheets you keep as they are: each one opens with every doubtful cell marked, and nothing is added until you have seen it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why nothing is saved until you have read it and said yes. Checking its work is a step in the product, not an afterthought.
