Pick the one that costs you the most. It builds it now.
The same week, with and without it.

What security owners ask before they start.
Our guards are not office people.
They do not have to be. The guard sees four fields on a phone at the last checkpoint and a box for the supervisor to sign. Everything long and awkward stays in the operations form, which he never opens.
What stops a guard filling in a round he never walked?
Each checkpoint is closed where and when it is closed, and the time is the phone’s, not a box he types. A round filled in at the gate at the end of the night shows up as exactly that, which is the thing you could never see on a sheet.
We already have four years of data.
That is the starting point, not the obstacle. Import the spreadsheets you keep as they are: each one opens with every doubtful cell marked, and nothing is added until you have seen it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why nothing is saved until you have read it and said yes. Checking its work is a step in the product, not an afterthought.
