Start from one of these
Pick the one that costs you the most. It builds it now.
What changes
The same week, with and without it.
| When | The tool you have | Gobuso |
|---|---|---|
| Four years of logs in a storeroom | Retype 30 staff before day one | Upload it as-is, review what it read |
| Each clinic keeps its log differently | One log sheet for all 4 clinics | Describe each one, read it back, change it |
| An auditor asks for August at one clinic | Go and find the clipboards | Open the clinic, read its history |
Questions
What clinic owners ask before they start.
Our nurses are not office people.
They do not have to be. The nurse sees four fields on a phone beside the machine and a box to sign. Everything long and awkward stays in the office form, which she never opens.
What happens when a cycle fails?
The load is marked quarantined on the same screen the failure is recorded on, so the trays cannot be issued as sterile by somebody who did not see the clipboard. The failure keeps the operator, the machine and the time it happened.
We already have four years of data.
That is the starting point, not the obstacle. Import the spreadsheets you keep as they are: each one opens with every doubtful cell marked, and nothing is added until you have seen it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why nothing is saved until you have read it and said yes. Checking its work is a step in the product, not an afterthought.
