Pick the one that costs you the most. It builds it now.
The same week, with and without it.
| When | The tool you have | Gobuso |
|---|---|---|
| Four seasons of pads in a filing cabinet | Retype 34 blocks before day one | Upload it as-is, review what it read |
| Spraying and harvest are recorded differently | One field form for both | Describe each one, read it back, change it |
| An auditor asks for one block, all season | Go and find the pads | Open the block, read its history |
What farming owners ask before they start.
Our operators are not office people.
They do not have to be. The operator sees four fields on a phone in the cab and a box to sign. Everything long and awkward stays in the office form, which he never opens.
Will it stop a pass that should not happen?
It will tell the operator the rate is above what the product is approved at, and it will not let a pass be saved with no weather on it. It does not lock him out of the field: the point is that the record is complete and the argument happens before the boom goes down.
We already have four years of data.
That is the starting point, not the obstacle. Import the spreadsheets you keep as they are: each one opens with every doubtful cell marked, and nothing is added until you have seen it.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. That is why nothing is saved until you have read it and said yes. Checking its work is a step in the product, not an afterthought.
